room available from 15th august short or long term lease in Kim Yam Road, Central Singapore for sale

My room has become available from the 15th August, the current lease ends at the end of September so you can either take a short term lease until then or extend for longer.
The condo is lovely, with great facilities and very clean. You would have your own room, fitted with built in wardrobes, a double bed and a bedside table. A cleaner comes every thursday and the housemates are lovely.
You would share a bathroom with a couple, an Italian guy and a Indonesian lady (both fantastic, very friendly). There is a chinese girl staying in the master room, who has her own en suite bathroom (and a very good cook). The location is great, set just behind Robertson Quay, just a few minutes walk to Wine Connection and the othet restaurants, UE Square is also just a few minutes walk with easy access to Cold Storage.
Access to the CBD is extremely easy, with many buses meaning only a 10 minute commute, but only about a 25 minutes walk.if not so hot.
